How to ask for removal
If you own the rights to a song in our catalogue and want it removed, email hello@humfinder.com with the details below. We review each request and remove what should not be here.
What to include
Your name and contact details, and who you represent if you act for someone else.
The song, and its address on HumFinder if it has one.
What you own, and a statement that you believe in good faith this use is not authorised.
A statement that your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorised to act for the rights holder, with your physical or electronic signature.
What we remove
Removal deletes the song's details, fingerprints and melody data from the catalogue, and any audio we host. It may remain in backups until they expire, which is within about a week for our own daily copies.
